Established in 1996, Shenzhen Mason Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on development, production and distribution of LED photoelectric series products. Now our products mainly contain many specifications of light products, including super bright whole series LED, super bright carnivorous fish light, SMD£¬receiving head and high power light. They are mainly used in the fields of color display screen, traffic light, automobile light, back light source, illumination and toy.
Our co***ny has brand new and high standard production base. The factory covers an area of more than 11000 square meters and its electrostatic resisting workshop covers more than 7000 square meters. The factory is furnished with whole set of production equipment introduced from America, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan, including automatic crystal fixing machine, automatic soldering machine, automatic double-track molding machine, automatic light and color scanner and etc. In order to assure product quality, we set up independent inspection departments like IQC and OQC and they are equipped with new-model automatic inspection equipment, including instrument of cold/hot punching, constant temperature/humidity, salt spray test, view angle test and aging test. We passed ISO9001 certification of BSI and ISO9001£º2000 of CCIC respectively in 2003 and 2004.Now we are one of the biggest and advanced LED encapsulation factories in CHINA.
Now we have over 700 skillful workers and over 30 technical personnel. We can strictly control the whole production process of LED with the highest daily capacity reaching 6KK. We can produce product of enough amount and high quality according to your order within the allotted time.
